This project showcases the full development process of a technical automotive component: 3D modeling and 3D printing of a custom side mirror mount for an off-road vehicle (4×4). The part was designed as a tailored solution to replace or improve an original component, ensuring perfect fit and functionality.
The process began with a detailed analysis of the mounting area, including measurements, geometry evaluation, and fixation points. Based on this data, a precise 3D model was created and optimized to ensure both compatibility and structural strength.
