Custom Piglet 3D Design and Printing

At Print 3D easy, we created a custom piglet 3D design and printing project featuring a cheerful cartoon character with intricate details. The project combines organic character modeling with carefully designed clothing and accessories that give the figure its own personality.

3D Character Modeling with Personality

The design features an oversized head, a rounded snout and a broad smile that defines the character’s friendly expression. Asymmetrical ears add a playful touch, while the large eyes and full cheeks make the piglet instantly recognizable.

The piglet wears a flat cap and overalls with pockets and shoulder straps. A raised checkered fabric pattern, buttons and visible stitching add depth to the clothing, bringing visual interest to both the front and back of the model.

From Digital Design to 3D Printing

Creating a custom figure begins with its silhouette, proportions and expression. Once these are established, the finer details take shape: clothing folds, fabric textures and the character’s smaller features.

When preparing a model for 3D printing, the final size affects how well these details can be reproduced. Stitching, buttons and thin sections, such as the ears and top loop, need particular attention so the model suits the chosen scale and manufacturing process.
