For this project, the client commissioned us to develop a custom 3D model and 3D printed mold (matrix) for manufacturing orthopedic and anatomical insoles. To begin the project, the customer supplied technical drawings, sketches, reference illustrations, and detailed engineering specifications.
Using the provided documentation, our engineers created a highly accurate CAD model of the mold, carefully reproducing the anatomical cavities, curved surfaces, dimensions, and all functional features required for the production of orthopedic insoles. Before manufacturing, the digital model was reviewed and optimized to ensure maximum dimensional accuracy.
Once the design was approved, the mold was produced using 3D printing technology. Additive manufacturing made it possible to quickly manufacture a functional prototype, verify the design, and make any necessary modifications before final production. Compared with traditional manufacturing methods, 3D printing significantly reduces development time and tooling costs.
3D modeling of molds for orthopedic insoles is widely used by orthopedic laboratories, medical device manufacturers, footwear companies, product designers, and engineering firms. We create custom molds and technical components from drawings, sketches, photographs, existing parts, and customer specifications.
Whether you need a single prototype or a small production batch, we provide complete CAD design, engineering, and professional 3D printing services for technical, medical, and industrial applications.
We also provide:
- 3D modeling of molds and tooling
- Custom CAD design for technical components
- Molds for orthopedic and medical products
- 3D modeling from drawings, sketches, and technical documentation
- Functional prototypes using professional 3D printing
- Custom enclosures and engineering components
- Reverse engineering and 3D scanning
- One-off prototypes and small production batches
