3D printing of a two-color frog in two colors

The client requested a 3D print in two colors. A 3D model of a frog, consisting of two parts, was created. The parts were combined in a special program, after which the piece was printed on a 3D printer with two extruders. The complexity of 3D modeling and printing a figure consisting of two colors lies in the need to create two models for each color and align them precisely. Additionally, a suitable program is required to enable such printing. The printing time for such a 3D model is increased because, at each layer, the 3D printer needs to pass each nozzle separately, and each nozzle must be prepared to print with its corresponding color.
