We received a broken part from a customer to create a 3D model. First we scanned the part with a 3D scanner, then a 3D modeller processed the model, reinforced its weak points and added broken parts and, after coordination with the customer, we printed it on an FDM 3D printer from brown PET-G plastic. Why PET-G? Because this thermoplastic has a very good adhesion between layers, so it is very strong. The printed part had the supports removed and the surface very lightly machined (sanded).

If you have a broken part and need to create a copy of it with modifications, please contact us and we will copy it in 3D turnkey.
