3D Printing of Swords, Armor, and Figure Parts in Photopolymer Resin

In this project, the client commissioned the 3D printing of several custom parts for collectible figures. The order included a sword, armor components, and various body parts, each manufactured using the most suitable photopolymer resin for its intended purpose.

Rigid components such as the sword and armor pieces were produced using high-resolution resin 3D printing. This technology delivers exceptional surface quality and reproduces fine details such as engravings, textures, decorative elements, and complex shapes with outstanding accuracy.

For the hands and other body parts that require flexibility and resistance to bending, we used a rubber-like photopolymer resin. This flexible material provides greater durability and significantly reduces the risk of breakage in thin or frequently handled components.
