3D Printed Replacement Part for Roller Shutter

A client brought us a broken part from a roller shutter mechanism. The main issue was that this part was no longer available on the market, and replacing the entire system would be expensive.

Using the original piece, we created an accurate 3D model, carefully matching all dimensions to ensure a perfect fit. Once the design was ready, we prepared it for production.

We printed 4 identical parts using a durable material suitable for mechanical use, so the client would also have spare pieces for the future.

The result was a perfect fit. The shutter was fully restored without replacing the whole mechanism, saving both time and money.

This approach allows the reproduction of discontinued or hard-to-find parts quickly and cost-effectively using 3D printing technology.
