The client approached us with a request to print a prototype of a protective case for a Kaby Lake architecture processor. The part needed to include cutouts for installing the processor, as well as inscriptions applied directly to the surface of the casing. All design elements required high precision to ensure the case met the technical requirements and tolerances.
We printed the prototype on one of our 3D printers using eco-friendly and durable PLA plastic. This material is ideal for creating test and functional models due to its stability, safety, and resistance to deformation.
The quality of the final part exceeded expectations: the surface was smooth, all elements were crisp, and the dimensions strictly matched the specified tolerances. As a result, the client received an accurate and functional prototype that fully met their requirements and was very satisfied with the outcome.
Our professional team offers a wide range of 3D printing services, from designing and printing technical parts of any complexity to manufacturing prototypes, packaging, housings, and cases of various formats and sizes. We work with different materials and select the most suitable solutions based on each client’s needs.
