3D Printing of a Custom Part with Lid in Barcelona

In this project we completed the 3D printing of a custom technical part with a separate lid for a client in Barcelona. The component consists of two elements: the main body and a fitted lid designed to close and protect the interior of the part.

Client requirements

The client required a custom-made part that was not available off the shelf. The main goal was to achieve a proper fit between the body and the lid, combined with sufficient strength for real-world use and a clean surface finish.

3D printing process
