In this project, we produced a 3D printed enclosure (housing), including a lid and a mounting component, based on technical drawings provided by the client.
The process began with creating and adapting the 3D model according to the specifications. All structural details were considered, including mounting holes, internal geometry, and precise fit between the parts.
The enclosure was designed as a removable assembly, allowing easy access to internal components for maintenance, installation, or replacement. The lid fits securely onto the base, ensuring proper alignment and reliability.
In addition, a separate mounting element was manufactured to integrate the enclosure into a larger system or simplify installation.
3D printing enables the production of such technical parts with high precision, reduced lead times, and without the need for molds or tooling.
