Custom 3D Printed Electronics Enclosure for Industrial Devices

For this project, the client asked us to design and manufacture a custom enclosure for an industrial electronic device. The objective was to create a durable housing that perfectly fits the internal electronics while providing reliable protection and easy assembly.

The enclosure was designed as a two-piece assembly consisting of a base and a removable front cover. During the 3D modeling process, special attention was given to the dimensions of the electronic components, PCB mounting points, screw locations, cable routing, and the opening for the display and control panel.

The finished enclosure was manufactured using professional FDM 3D printing with high-quality engineering thermoplastic. This production method makes it possible to manufacture strong, lightweight, and dimensionally accurate electronic housings without the need for expensive injection molds.

Custom 3D printed enclosures are widely used for industrial electronics, IoT devices, automation systems, sensors, control units, prototypes, laboratory equipment, and embedded electronics. Every enclosure can be fully customized, including mounting features, ventilation openings, cable exits, connector cut-outs, and internal supports for electronic boards.
