3D Modeling of an Apartment Building from Architectural Plans

In this project, the client provided a full set of architectural plans for a residential apartment building. Based on these drawings, we created a complete 3D model of the structure, carefully preserving proportions, volumes, and all key architectural elements defined in the original project.

The main goal was to produce a clear and realistic 3D representation of the building, allowing the client to visualize the final result before construction. At the same time, the model was prepared for 3D printing, ensuring clean geometry and correct scaling for physical production.

Special attention was given to facade details, balconies, floor layouts, and exterior elements. The level of detail was adapted to the client’s needs, whether for presentation, marketing, or technical purposes.

The final 3D model can be used for multiple applications, including real estate presentations, architectural validation, and the creation of physical scale models using 3D printing technology.
