2. Nature of the Price Calculator
The calculator provides an indicative estimate based on the parameters entered by the user.
The final price may vary due to:

model review (walls, supports, tolerances, orientation, quality);

material, finish, tolerances, post-processing;

quantity, deadlines, complexity, and actual material consumption.
The contract shall be deemed concluded when the Owner expressly confirms the final quotation in writing (email/confirmation).
3. Requests, Files, and User Responsibility
The user guarantees that:

they own the rights to the submitted files/models;
-
the content does not infringe third-party rights (intellectual property, trademarks, patents, designs);

the content is neither unlawful nor dangerous.
The Owner may reject requests that violate the law or third-party rights.
4. Technical Validation and Tolerances
3D printing may present:

dimensional tolerances inherent to the process;
-
layer marks, color/batch variation, micro-defects;
-
the need for supports and support removal marks.
The user must indicate critical requirements (tolerances, intended use, mechanical load, temperature, etc.).
5. Deadlines
Deadlines are estimated and may vary due to workload, material availability, design revisions, and logistics. The user will be informed of any relevant incidents.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment Method
Prices will be displayed including VAT (clearly indicated on the website).
7. Cancellations
If the user cancels after production has started, charges may apply for:

preparation time;

material consumed;
-
parts already manufactured.
8. Returns and Defective Parts
Due to the customized nature of the products (made-to-order manufacturing), returns based on withdrawal rights will not be accepted where the legal exception for personalized goods applies.
However, in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity attributable to the Owner, the following may be offered (as appropriate): reprinting, repair, or partial/full refund, subject to verification.
9. Shipping and Delivery (if applicable)
Shipping conditions, costs, and delivery areas. Risk is transferred in accordance with applicable regulations and the agreement with the consumer.
